www.giuliobarbieri.it LONG RESISTANCE TO ADVERSE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS: solid and robust aluminium framework according to safety rules UNI 1049 of April 2001. "Brooklyn"is equipped with static calculation report and fire-proof class 2 certificate. SNOW AND WIND CAPACITY: "Brooklyn" is designed to resist a wind of 160 km/h with a minimum snow load of 10 kg/square metre. The snow capacity load can increase up to 130 Kg/sqm according to the sizes: values will be given in details for any requested sizes. LONG LASTING TERM: The single components of the structure are submitted to the following special treatments: - anodising 15 micron, silver colour, for the aluminium profiles. - hot flame treatment, high pressure, for the steel joints. - stainless steel for the connection screws between profiles and joints. - acrylic enamelling for top cover's protection from UV light-rays or moulds. ASSEMBLING CONVENIENCE: the structure is perfectly modular through the special aluminium joints, quick locking type, designed to be connected to the different extruded aluminium profiles. LOSS OF HEAT CONTROL: the side walls can be either made of PVC fabric or realised by insulated sandwich panels for the application of frames for doors or windows. MODULAR NATURE OF THE COVERINGS: the Brooklyn covering is planned to be modular and can be assembled in many ways. A special raingutter system is foreseen for water downflow.
