Having its forge shop equipped with branded friction drop hammers, screw forging presses and modern tool room equipped with latest EDM Machines, Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers and other allied machinery like Conventional Milling Machines, Turning Machines, Slotting Machines, Plano Millers, Grinding Machines etc. facilitates manufacture of closed die forging.
The product range includes Cam Shafts, Crank Shafts, Connecting Rods, Flanges, Hubs, Levers, Fasteners, Valve Body, Shafts, Elbows, Tee, Plugs, Pinion, Gears, Yokes, Forks, Knuckles, Slack Adjusters, Tooth, Tines, Twist locks, Lashing Bars, D-rings, C-hooks, Bridge Fittings and much more.
SEMCO has an independent Quality Assurance Department whose responsibility is overall quality assurance at various & all levels of production. The department is preparing all Quality Assurance Plans, issue directions, prepares gauges and maintains the data as required by the product. The department is independent department and in additional to the quality control levels at various production stages by the production people. The department also stores all the necessary national & International Standards for reference & records.
Rolling, twisting, bending Punching We can Roll, Twist, Bend, and Punch and can give the profiles various shapes as per customers specific requirements in Flats, Sheets, Bars or Square.
Stainless Steel Forging One made from a steel containing additional alloying elements other than carbon (e.g.. Ni, Cr, Mo) to enhance physical and mechanical properties and/or heat-treat response.
Carbon steel forging One made from a steel whose major alloying element, carbon, produces the resultant properties and hardness.
Warm Forging Forging of steel at temperatures ranging from about 1000 degrees F to just below the normal hot working range of 1900 to 2300 degrees F.
Target Machining Incorporating a "target" (benchmark or gage point) on a forging to facilitate machining; coined locating surfaces and drilled centers are commonly used.
Micro alloyed-Steel Forging : One made from a mircroalloyed steel requiring only controlled cooling to reach optimum properties, which is in contrast to conventional quenched-and-tempered steels that require traditional heat treatments to achieve the same results.
Multiple forging Our plant layout allows to simultaneously roll, forge & form the product on various different machines like different hammers, different press and compile the various operations in one cycle. The products requiring various stages of production can be arranged in a way that the material starts from one end and finish material comes out at the end.
