SCAR multi caliber lower

Based on an AGM airsoft rifle. Lower receiver completely made by me, upper all internals removed and self-made dummy barrels and bolt to test functioning. Ambidextrous mag release, bolt release SCAR/AR15 like. To reconfigure the mag well no tools are required - I used a screwdriver and a little metal hook (doing once it's ok to use your fingernail, but umpteen times you go for some tools). img826.imageshack.us img259.imageshack.us img214.imageshack.us img6.imageshack.us img171.imageshack.us Just received two 5.56mm Galil mags (hard to obtain in Germany). The steel one fits - the Orlite one not, but mag well could be modified for it. Background was some full-auto fun after the Shot Show (first time Thompson M28A1 w/o comp): img148.imageshack.us The upper front support for M14 mags is at the same level as for the 7.62 AK mags but there similarities end. Take an M14/M1A receiver and stick an AK47 mag in - would require just a few minor mods to the mag well to make it fit... Red is the upper front support area which is different for 7.62 and 5.45/5.56 mags.
