T Virus Reservoir BitsPower Pump Custom Mount: Gemini Project Disclosure 2

As per my directives these videos have been declassified for public dissemination. In this video I document two methods for removing the pump/reservoir assembly for service or installation of other hardware. Note the below deck pump mount to assure adequate room for long graphics cards and to eliminate yet one more wire. Pump mount clamp is fabricated from 3/8" Cell Cast Acrylic and clamps the BitsPower housing. Three low durometer (soft) isolators are screwed to the acrylic clamp and attached to the steel midpanel above with flange head machine screws. The pump makes no contact with the chassis or trim panels. The T Virus Reservoir is inverted with the central port directly in line with the BP Pump Top inlet port. Tube instead of a hard connection further disconnects the pump vibration from the reservoir. A stand off made from 1" Cell Cast Acrylic hides the mounting screws and accommodates the last minute change of reservoir orientation. Removing the pump/res assembly is simple and requires loosening the one screw that holds the clamp to the pump base.
